Reservations and Bookings
Bookings made through our website are processed via Cloudbeds, our booking engine partner.
A valid credit card or prepayment may be required to confirm your reservation.
Room rates are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include 7% government tax.
Rates and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Check in and Check out
Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00.
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability. Contact us in advance to request this.
A valid photo ID or passport is required at check in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by rate type and room category.
Specific cancellation terms are displayed during the booking process on Cloudbeds.
Free cancellation is typically available up to a specified number of days before arrival.
No show or late cancellation may result in a charge equal to the first night's stay.

Beach Club and Restaurant
Crystal Bay Beach Club is open daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
All menu prices include 7% government tax. There is no service charge.
